I've spent my life around horses, and I specialize in rural Colorado, ranch and horse properties, and fixer-uppers — especially properties where understanding the land and lifestyle matters just as much as understanding the house.

Coming from a strong military family, I have a special appreciation for helping veterans navigate the home-buying process. I also enjoy working with first-time homebuyers and making what can feel like an overwhelming process easier to understand.

I work with an excellent lender I trust and am happy to connect you with, whether you're buying your first home, using a VA loan, or simply want someone who will take the time to explain your options.

I'm not here to sell you a house. I'm here to help you find the property that fits your life.
